  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service at our discretion, subject to the terms of any applicable service agreement.

3. Use of the Website

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for service delivery, including project requirements, access credentials (where needed), and timely feedback.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of any access credentials or systems provided to them.
  • Clients must not use DigiTranza-developed solutions for any unlawful purpose, or in a manner that violates applicable laws and regulations.

6. Payment Terms

  • Fees for services are as agreed in the applicable project proposal or service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance.
  • DigiTranza reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment beyond the agreed payment terms.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST). Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a service engagement, including business data, technical specifications, and pricing.
  • This obligation of confidentiality does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly known through no fault of either party, or that is required to be disclosed by law.
  • Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement for a period of two (2) years, unless otherwise specified.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DigiTranza Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
  • Our total liability to any client for claims arising from a specific service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that engagement in the preceding three months.
  • We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
  • If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
